Just browsing thru the newspapers, looking for condos, I happened to see Jamie’s name and called her up to go see them. It turned out to be the best on the spot decision I ever made. Jamie got all of my information, and set up a date to go look at a few condos. She paid very close attention to my off-hand remarks, and got to know me enough that when “my” condo came, she was able to realize that. She even sat in the driveway of the Sellers’ waiting for the deal to go back and forth, so I was able to get it finalized before it could fall through.

Buying your first home should normally be an exciting adventure. Unfortunately for me, circumstances were less than ideal for my first voyage into Real Estate. I was not looking forward to the prospect.

Trying to buy a house in Barrie while living in Edmonton really wasn't as tough as we thought! Thanks to the wonderful and very capable hands of Jamie Dann. Sometimes she was our personal therapist (she listened patiently while we changed our minds a million times about what we actually wanted and each time being met with nothing but her eagerness to help us each time!), a personal tour guide (once we arrived in Barrie she came to pick us up, drove us around and probably put on 1,000km over the few days we were there!) and a complete professional who I firmly believe went over and above for us more than anyone else would have ("Oh no, I'll take care of that for you. You don't have to worry about it" were words spoken by her daily!).

We never felt like a 'client' but more like a 'friend' when it came to the work she did and she was always, morning, noon or night, just a phone call or email away as she always responded immediately to any questions or concerns we brought to her.
