Your criteria are entered into an extensive search that sends you listings before they appear anywhere else, including www.REALTOR.ca! You will be the first to have access to houses that have lowered their price and are now in your price range.

Today’s homebuyer is a busy one. Our entire process is based on listening to your needs to make sure that we only show you the right houses.

The Offer

You have found the house and you must have it. We will work together to formulate an offer and I will personally present it to the sellers to add the right touch.

Sold!

The house is yours and I am here to make the rest of the transition as seamless as possible. I will accompany you on an inspection of the house to make sure you feel good about everything. I can also refer you to any trades people for the final touches.

Most importantly, I oversee all the paperwork to make sure everything proceeds glitch-free.
